Congrats on being chosen as our 2009 Person of the Year. We chose you mainly because of all the hard work you have put into your music, band and career in the past year, but also because of your doing all you can to help with the Ga Music Hall of Fame efforts and with us as well.

We are headed to Rock Springs Georgia this Saturday to play at the Balloons and Tunes Festival we are excited because we have never been for a hot air balloon ride!!! If you are around the area stop by!! the website is balloonsandtunesfestival.org > Stayin busy and writin' new songs otherwise!!

The CD release party went so so well. Thank you everyone for coming out to the Swallow at the Hollow and listening to some great music and sharing some cake (:
Now we're working on new music, and working on writing new songs and material for a new albummmmmm. woohoo!

We won Battle of the Bands at the Hot Spot in Dalton Saturday night!! What a great time!! If you are in the area stop by the Hot Spot , lots of fun people!!! We will be back there in October I believe for the finals. I have so many new projects going right now it is hard to keep up. Thanks goodness I have my band and my hardworking friend Jim to keep up with all the stuff!!! I will update the calender as soon as I get it figured out!!! Thanks for being great fans!! Love you all!!!

We will be travelin' to Dalton on Saturday the 18th for some fun with old friends and new in a friendly battle of the bands!! Come and join us!!!!

Wow!! The Fourth of July was amazing! I got second runner up for the Colgate Country Showdown, which was incredible, there were so many talented people in the running. Next it was on to the
Georgia International Horse Park and the Fabulous Fourth Celebration (Thanks Rebecca Hill) with the band, it was hot and Andy had a guitar mishap but all went well!!! I sang the National Anthem at the beginning of the patriotic portion of the program and that was amazing because there were so many military people there!! All in all a great day!!! Thanks to Jim also who let me play his beautiful
1939 Gibson L-5 in both shows!!!

The Band and I will be busy this weekend!! I will be competing in the Colgate Country Showdown on the Square in Marietta representing WKHX 101.5 at 12:00pm, then off to Conyers for the Fabulous Fourth Celebration with the band at 5:00pm, then the National Anthem at 7:00pm for patriotic program to follow!! Love it, love it, Love My Country!! Be there!!!!

Hey Guys! This is Jess. Today is my first entry on the new website :) I love it. I just got the first copy of my CD last week and things have been crazy since then. I just got back from singing at the Wildhorse saloon in Nashville and will be back up there next week for the Nashville Palace CMA Fest Showcase. I also just won FIRST PLACE at the Colgate Country Showdown Round 1 Regional Competition and I'm looking forward to the next Round on the square in Marietta on the 4th of July! Also, I'll be at the Fabulous Fourth festival (On July 4th, Obviously) at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA. So make sure you come out and see my band and I and watch some fireworks and such :) Thanks for your support! Jess <3
